Actas a company ambassador and identify new opportunities throughout the MENA region
Manage and develop strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers
Support the regional sales team in deploying the global sales strategy facilitating growth and sales in the assigned area
Ensure major top customers needs are met
Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with clients
Monitor progress, in cooperation with Project Managers, ensuring on-time delivery of closed negotiation
Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers
Read and analyze technical and commercial tender documentation
Prepare technical and commercial offer documentation
Report to Regional Sales Director
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree inElectrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least three years of technical sales experience in theairports' industry is mandatory, experience in groundsupport equipment preferred
MENA experienced required
Experience in negotiating global sales contracts
Fluent written and oral language skills in English
Proactive, organized and independent personality
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Willingness to travel

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
