Development of new markets and acquisition of new customers
Maintain and assess existing customer relations and distribution channels
Analyze markets in terms of sales and earnings potential
Provide presentations, visit trade fairs and much more
Manage customer satisfaction at the highest level
Train and manage the dealers to enable them to sell the products in the best possible way
Translate the company strategy and ensure that company values are maintained
Report to the International Sales Director in Germany
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
Business, technical diploma or similar degree
At least five years of sales experience of doors in GCC
Fluent English language skills, Arabic would be advantageous
Excellent networking skills
Good technical understanding
Ability to plan and supervise work
Hands-onpersonality with apositive working attitude
Independent, reliable and trustworthy
Willingness to travel

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
