Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Development of new markets and acquisition of new customers
  • Maintain and assess existing customer relations and distribution channels
  • Analyze markets in terms of sales and earnings potential
  • Implementproduct training
  • Provide presentations, visit trade fairs and much more
  • Manage customer satisfaction at the highest level
  • Train and manage the dealers to enable them to sell the products in the best possible way
  • Translate the company strategy and ensure that company values are maintained
  • Report to the International Sales Director in Germany
Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • Business, technical diploma or similar degree
  • At least five years of sales experience of doors in GCC
  • Fluent English language skills, Arabic would be advantageous
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Good technical understanding
  • Ability to plan and supervise work
  • Hands-onpersonality with apositive working attitude
  • Independent, reliable and trustworthy
  • Willingness to travel
