Our client is an international banking & financial group ideally seeking to appoint a Relationship Manager with greater than $100m+ in assets (existing) and generating $1m+ in revenue. Client Relationship / Asset Manager Develops and fosters relationships with private customers. • Promotes the bank's products and services with existing customers and develops new customer contacts. • Advises customers about existing products and services. • Manages customer portfolios or assigns them to a Portfolio Manager. • Participates in setting up his/her own objectives. • Adapts existing products to customer requirements and suggest new products. • Complex environment where analyses are based on existing solutions. • Regular contacts with his customers. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
