The Organization: Our client is a chain of clinics for laser hair removal, laser medico-aesthetic, skin care services and cosmetic & plastic surgery. They are active in 6 countries in Middle East with multiple locations. They are hiring Assistant Branch Manager for their clinic in Doha, Qatar.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customer; •Provide quality and exceptionally services to customers; •Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees; •Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch; •Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently; •Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction; •Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, micro-marketing events, and trade shows
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent customer service skills •Good English & Arabic written & communication skills •Pleasing personality and representative appearance •Proven leadership capabilities and motivational skills •Excellent sales skills
Education & Qualifications: •Sales and customer service experience •Previous or current experience with similar field in Dermatology/Laser Centers preferred

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
