Job Description
Requirements:
  • MLM experience is preferred
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Arabic and/or Japanese language skills preferred
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of proven office management experience
  • Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies
  • Resolve customer issues to their overall satisfaction
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) 
  • Ensure company policies are followed effectively
  • Report the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives to Headquarters (Japan)
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees and customers
