A Multinational Insurance provider requires a graduate/ACII or equivalent certification with minimum 10 years experience in Non Motor underwriting insurance,Responsible for managing team of junior underwriters, monitor and mentor them to do their work more effectively.Ensuring that current processes and controls are being maintained and find ways to improve the process.Mantaining relationship with BDs in obtaining required information and prioritizing the providing terms to risks which are within our appetite.Reviewing current products, policy wording and clauses and amend them as per the market trend.New product development in line with the market demand and underwriting strategies.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
