Efficiently managing all operations staff, organizing shifts, allocating tasks, and supervising work and security.
Ensuring that all routines, systems, and check-lists are properly maintained and/or executed.
Complying with the Health & Safety Policy and with generally recognized good working practices and seeing that others do so.
Maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective allocation of berths and storage areas
Issuing Application Forms, Berthing Contracts, Bank Standing Orders etc. and generally administering berth records and documentation.
Ensuring marina cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensuring that the pontoons, quays, equipment and outdoor facilities are clean, safe and well maintained.
Complying with company regulations regarding dress and expected modes of behaviour and offering a personal and personable service to customers in order to enhance the reputation.
Familiarising himself with the duties of the Marina Manager in order that he can, if required, act as the Manager's alternate.
The employment and day-to-day management of all marina staff, but keeping core staff numbers to a minimum consistent with safety and service.
Except in cases requiring instant dismissal for gross misconduct, the Manager’s superior should first approve recruitment and termination of the Financial Controller or Yard Manager.
Managing repairs and maintenance of a routine nature and, where reasonably possible, ensuring that these are carried out by marina staff.
Maintaining the highest standards of site cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and staff service.
Ensuring that all staff complies with marina regulations regarding dress and expected modes of behavior and that they at all times offer a personal and personable service to customers so as to enhance the reputation of the marina.
Complying with the guidelines set out in the Marina SOP/Manual and with other instructions of the Company.
Be responsible for Assistance for the mooring of vessels in arrival and departure regulations and SOP.
Provide help to customers and excellent customer service at all times
Take a lead role in promoting safe practices and implementation of Health & Safety policies, particularly when the vessel is under way.
Assist management with keeping marina area running and assist with all movement of vessels on or off the water.
Assist in the training of staff to operate the vessel.
Undertake other duties as directed by the marina manager.
Ensuring that marina users obey the Marina Rules at all times.
Bachelors degree in any stream
Must know the Standard First-Aid, Level C (CPR) an asset.
Boat Driving License
Intermediate Marina Management Course
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marina Management
Must have a boat driving license
Ability to swim and knowledge to apply First Aid, Level C (CPR)
Marine knowledge and skills (all about the boat and navigation)

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
