A leading insurance company in Abu Dhabi requires Assistant Motor Manager, who shall champion and oversee the operations, processes and workflow of motor underwriting team additionally maintain coordination between the head office, claims, reinsurance, business development & sales and branch supervision. Successful incumbent shall plan and monitor over all budget whilst focusing on cost containment and efficiency. Key personnel shall also deal with the corporate clients, maintain a cordial relation, ensure the renewals & new business apparently review their terms according to the performance. Candidates with bachelors degree and insurance certifications are highly recommended.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
