Deputize for Resident Engineer. Attend all major meetings and follow-up on action items. Participate in contract administration. Obtain Government approvals. PAC and FAC preparation. Coordinate handing-over schedules. Coordinate close-out report. Track status of project from cradle to grave with respect to approvals, coordination, etc. Report back as necessary to the Resident Engineer and CRE. Prepare progress reports. Coordinate client requests.
Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent. Preferably with professional engineering affiliation and registration. 8 years of construction supervision experience. At least 4 years of recent experience in construction supervision and design review and design management on landscape projects related to parks, public realm, promenade and others. Knowledgeable in hard and soft landscaping works such as paving of roadways, pedestrian walkways, cycleway, and parking lots, cladding, wood decking, site furnishings, natural rock grouping, waterfront, planters, gardens, shading, rest areas, and utility services. Preferably with relevant experience working in an engineering consulting firm. Preferably with experience in Abu Dhabi or in UAE.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
