Essential Skills:

    Responsibilities
    • Securing new business from the targeted & existing accounts in line with country, regional and global strategy.
    • Generate both Gross Profit and volume growth of named accounts, with a specific focus on developing new business.
    • Develops and implements strategic sales plans for the region and corporate goals.
    • Gaining new/additional business as well as keeping/growing existing customers in line with the business units' strategies.
    • Obtain new 'B' and 'C' level customers through sales 'hunting' activity, correctly assessing the prospective account as Profitable, Significant or Strategic in order to secure winning bids.
    • Key account portfolio management and target alignments per industry in cooperation with Corporate Sales.
    • Directs trade lane/channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, goals, etc.
    • Advises external customer base, contacts, vendors about sales and advertising programs underway Analyzes/reviews sales statistics to formulate a change if/when needed.
