Minimum 7-10 years teaching experience in Human Resources with 5 years post PHD as Lecturer
Must have at least 3 publication and 3 conference presentation
Proven track record in academics and research
Develop learning outcomes and accordingly achieve teaching goals
Carryout academic/administrative tasks as and when assigned by Dean within the framework of academic responsibilities
Effectively participate in committee activities to achieve objectives of committee
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in multicultural environment is an advantage
Willing to work in a split shift schedule
Open to overseas candidates who are willing to relocate in UAE

Salary is up to 23,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation allowance, furniture allowance, airline ticket, medical insurance, annual leave, summer payment, additional credit payment, participation & conferences

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
