At least with high school diploma/GED/bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Food Service Management, Business Administration or any related major
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Strong background in managing conceptual bars and implements initiatives to drive revenue
Core activities: managing bar operations, leading bar team, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing HR activities
Responsible for outlet daily operations and supervision of staff
Assists in promoting the outlet, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property liquor inventories and controls
Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operational budget
Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan
Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Presentable and well groomed
Can join immediately (max 1 month)

Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
