Job Description
1. Responsible for Ordering, receiving, inventory, organizing and selling wine for all department
2. Organize development training program for all team members to improve their knowledge of wine tasting and service
3. Should look after in and out inventory of all wine purchase and cost management
4. Should be capable of introducing and recommending to the guest selection of perfect pairing of wine with their meal.
5. The ability to determine wine faults and maintain proper temperatures in order to showcase product at their maximum potential
6. Must be able to promote and grow the wine program
7. To keep up to date with the Wine Trends
