The Organization: Our client is an investment group based in Doha, Qatar, operating a portfolio of restaurants and dinning concepts that have been introduced to Qatar spanning the last decade.
Duties & Responsibilities: Our client is looking for an experienced and energetic Barista who has excellent knowledge how to calibrate different beans and adjust the coffee to the customers needs. Ideal candidate has positive attitude and is passionate about the food and beverage industry.
Ensures that all customers are educated on products and services; Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards; Develops an understanding of coffee and tea regions and the various differences in flavor and blends; Ultimately, ensure an excellent drinking experience for guests; Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products; Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs; Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Skills & Competencies: Ability to gauge customers preferences; Excellent communication skills; Hands-on experience with brewing equipment; Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
Education & Qualifications: At least two years at a specialty coffee shop; Having any certificates or accolades as barista would be beneficial;

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
