1. Review job tickets and plan work process to ensure meeting of customer specifications. 2. Set up assigned machine to specifications, obtain approval of set up and run product. 3. Monitor assigned machine during run to ensure adherence to specifications. Unload machine and stack materials on carts. 4. Make adjustments as needed to maintain specifications and operating speed. 5. Ensure the completion of jobs meeting quality and quantity requirements. 6. Perform all required maintenance to machines according to departmental procedures. 7. Troubleshoot machine problems, resolving if possible, notifying Supervisor or Manager as needed. 8. Complete special projects as assigned. 9. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. 10. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards. 11. Assist with collating and finishing as needed.
