- Develop digital content for the brand (text, videos and photos)
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for customer retention
- Design and produce packaging and labels
- Develop and implement the PR calendar including managing bloggers and influencers.
- Write the yearly promotion calendar and implement it.
- Analyze market needs and trends to develop new products and solutions in-line with the brand strategy.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage the brand’s social media channels
- Arabic and English speaker, French is a great plus.
- 4+ years’ experience in brand management.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Drive for results and leaderships skills
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
