Job Description
This is a Contract role under ManpowerGroup ME The role is to manage external (i.e. Brand Marketers, Creative Agency attendees, Media Agency attendees) and internal (i.e. Google Account Team) client logistics pre/during/post the BrandLab workshop by ensuring it's a high quality experience at every touch point. PRE: The BrandLab Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the day-of-workshop guest experience for our top advertisers, giving them the white glove treatment, plus executing all the pre-workshop scheduling and post-workshop follow-up activities for every workshop: -managing a complex matrix of regional schedule and calendaring responsibilities -sending out logistics emails -setting up client accounts on the workshop website -managing catering orders -coordinating with external vendors -physical setup of the workshop space DURING: The BrandLab Project Coordinator is the client's main contact during the workshop. This includes: -greeting clients/escorting them -taking notes live during the workshop with the ability to digest, reformulate and prioritize key learnings from in-group discussions/sessions -responsible for the workshop flow and timing -facilitating short sections if necessary (e.g. brainstorming sessions, live wrap-ups…) POST: The BrandLab Project Coordinator creates a package of materials from the workshop, which includes typed notes, photos, presentations, and other supplemental material. Also, post materials on the workshop website for clients to access and download. -making sure that all ideas from the day are properly captured -preparing and communicating with Account Teams wrap-ups and packages of all material post-workshops REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree required -Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the digital space -Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -2-3 years of experience in marketing and/or digital advertising working with top clients/agencies -Excellent project management skills -high attention to detail -conflict resolution skills -strong organizational skills -ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively -proven track record in high productivity environments -Interact with numerous internal stakeholders and external ones as well: C-level executives, clients, and other high-profile guests -Represent Google/YouTube and its brand: skills such as communication, organization, professionalism/judgement, and tech-savviness are necessary -Fluent in Arabic
