Job Description:
  • Design and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Increasing profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible.
  • Review and summarize business development and sales results and prepares proposals.
  • Finalize proposals and presentations in coordination with Management.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Prepare reports on the success of your business endeavours.
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, business development, networking, sales and terms and keep relative records.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with insurers.
  • Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products.
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets.
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
  • Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed.

Essential Qualification and Experience requirements:
  • Graduation Degree in Management (Business Development or Marketing or Sales).
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge in UAE Medical Insurance regulations.

Essential Skills requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
  • Proven history of creating effective business development and sales programs.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • UAE Driving License.

Desirable qualifications and skills:
  • Certification Courses in Health/Medical Insurance.
  • Communication skills in Arabic.
