Scope:- This job description applies only for BDE located in saudi branch(anywhere in saudi)
Duties & Responsibilties:-
a. Visiting potential customers and developing the business b. Preparing sales report & attend daily or weekly meetings c. Contacting new customers & developing the business d. Maintain the existing customers with the support of team e. Achieve requirred target based on monthly targers/Management requirement f. Carrying out assignments set by the Team Leads /Supervisors time-to-time g. Operational support if required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:-
f. Graduate study of any discipline from any recognised university preferably from business/Marketing g. Good Engligh communicaitions skills, other languages will be a plus h. Knowledge on computer applications i. Experience in freight sales & marketing (minimum 3 years expereince required)
g. All inclusive – SAR. 2,500/- to SAR. 3,500/- h. Company will provide VEHICLE for sales activities i. Compnay will provide SIM j. Successful completion of 2 year will provide ticket after that every One year k. Medical card as per Govt.norms l. Incentives will be there for achieving more than the target.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
