Illustrate and develop the annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategiesOptimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with the Del Monte's strategic plan for the Region
Monitor sales performance of all outlets within the MENA region and initiate corrective action where necessary

Develop the Fresh Market public profile and foster appropriate and productive relations
All related business sectors including governmental / non- governmental sectors
Develop and direct all chains' operation and promotional activities, and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign
Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to Fresh Market staff in order to achieve growth and profitability targets
Monitor the Financial Costs, Expenses and ensure they are in adherence with the budget
Bachelors degree in any stream

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
