Business Development Manager - Electronics / IT Industry

Job Description
 Identify potential business deals by contacting potential partners / customers, discovering and exploring business opportunities.
 Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals
 Finding out what information and services the customer requires to meet their needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information
 Manage new client relationships and expand Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities
 Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
 Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends
 Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services
 Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop business opportunities

 Candidate should possess a strong background in selling IT or Electronics products in UAE.
 Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people
 Strong customer service ethic
 Work well in a team setting
 Reliable and ethical, respecting customers’ confidentiality
 Strong negotiation skills
 Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take the lead
 Proactive and highly self-motivated
 Flexibility as there might be lots of travel involved
 Confident selling and marketing products
 Comfortable approaching people
 Ability to explain complex information in simple terms
