Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Strive to increase sales revenue by generating sales leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contracts and consultants
  • Liaise with relevant professional staff and provide technical advice
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Collaborate with manufacturing team to understand the limitations of the manufacturing processes
  • Ensure work procedures are followed in accordance with company and customer requirements
  • Motivated to bring in change and implement better processes and procedures
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality
  • Report to the Sales Director Middle East
Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • University degree in Engineering or similar degree
  • At least five years of relevant experience in sales or business development in the Middle East
  • Project sales experience in the construction industry, preferably relatedto infrastructure projects
  • FRP rebar product knowledge would be an added value
  • Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Creativity and a problem-solvingattitude
  • Commercial awareness
  • Willingness to travel
