Strive to increase sales revenue by generating sales leads
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contracts and consultants
Liaise with relevant professional staff and provide technical advice
Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing proposals and negotiating contracts
Collaborate with manufacturing team to understand the limitations of the manufacturing processes
Ensure work procedures are followed in accordance with company and customer requirements

Report to the Sales Director Middle East
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Engineering or similar degree
At least five years of relevant experience in sales or business development in the Middle East
Project sales experience in the construction industry, preferably relatedto infrastructure projects
FRP rebar product knowledge would be an added value
Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Creativity and a problem-solvingattitude
Willingness to travel

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
