Company looking for a business development / project manager to lead several new developments in Bahrain.
We are seeking a well-rounded manager with character that passionate, ambitious and has a positive mind-set.
We are a Bahraini based company with multiple projects in development and starting phase. Most concepts are strongly focused on the F&B, hospitality and construction sector. We are a highly innovative company within the undergoing rapid growth.
-Manage/oversee multiple developments simultaneously by interaction with project managers; resource allocation and availability, budget control, timeline etc.
-(Co-)developing the new concepts of upcoming venues, including the equipment fit out, brand, story, feel, and offers
-Sales – creating the collateral and overseeing the sale of wide range of items (e.g. construction and hospitality events)
-Overseeing the website, branding and marketing plans and quality standards of multiple entities.
-Development of business plans, contracts and financial projections
-Ensuring proper processes, standards and administration is maintained for the holding company
-Maximising guest and stakeholder satisfaction through continuous personal interaction and fast problem solving.
-+3 years’ experience in similar position
-Strong Business development and some Project Management Skills or vice versa
-Charming, charismatic and uplifting/interactive personality
-Hands on way of working; able to resolve problems quickly while finding longer term solutions
-Thriving under pressure; able to cope with challenges and ability to quickly learn new skills
-Experience in openings / start-ups of new ventures
-Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
-Great communication skills both written and verbal (English)
-Degree in Business Administration, Management or Project management
-English as first / mother language
-5 star F&B knowledge is a huge plus
-experience in construction/engineering
-Technical, Legal and Franchising knowledge
-Affinity with water and boating

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
