Develop all sales channels with the support of the national distributors in the Levant region
Implement a commercial strategy for all brands with national distributors
Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and annual targets, set by the Head of Sales, reflecting and living the values of the company
Coordinate retail development and marketing activities to achieve defined targets per market
Regular reporting on market and customer development as well as competitor analysis
Activate new sales channels and identify new business opportunities in the markets
Exchange information regularly (product, price, promotion, processes, etc.) with the importer and coordinate activities with supporting departments
Develop the marketing plan with the national distributor and follow-up on its implementation
Represent the company in the market by adhering all company policies and business ethics
Coordinate activities with supporting departments
Reporting to Head of Sales
Candidate profile To be successful in this role, you should have the followingcompetencies:
University degree preferably in business administration (Economics, Marketing)
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
At least three years of sales experience in the tire industry is required
Working experience in Egypt is a must, UAE working experience is an added value
Strong customer orientation
Business-oriented and result-driven personality
Ability to work through networks (marketing, logistics, etc.)
Fluency in English and Arabic
High energy level, open and direct, trustworthy, loyal and ethical
Excellent presentation skills

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
