Duties & Responsibilties:-
a. Planning market survey, research and date and analysis reports for sales planning b. Panning anf setting Marketing strategies product wise c. Designing presentation visuals of all sorts for products and campaigns d. Collecting sales date and analyzing the impact of marketing over the previous years and generating relevent reports for future sales implication e. Weekly review report f. New product proposal g. Achieve requirred target based on monthly targers/Management requirement
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:-
b. Graduate study of any discipline from any recognised university preferably from business/Marketing c. Good Engligh communicaitions skills, other languages will be a plus d. Knowledge on computer applications e. Experience in freight sales & marketing (minimum 3 to 5 yrs expereince required)
a. All inclusive – SAR. 6,000/- to SAR. 7,000/- b. Company will provide VEHICLE for sales activities c. Compnay will provide SIM d. Successful completion of 1 year will provide ticket . e. Medical card as per Govt.norms f. Incentives will be there for achieving more than the target.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
