Job Description
POSITION: Business Solutions Executive / Business Development Executive / Sales

SALARY: 12, 000 AED depending on years of experience and qualifications plus commission

HIRING COMPANY: A well-known company providing online recruitment solutions, employment research, recruitment tools for employers, and HR career development

LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full-time

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:

Open to any nationality

Male/Female, 35 y/o and below

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant certification

Minimum of 2 years of experience as Recruiter/Business Development/Account Manager/Account Executive/Recruitment Consultant (360)/Sales Executive in HR or recruitment industry

Extensive work experience in a strict KPI / sales driven environment

Sold to Western / Arabic clients

Knowledgeable of job portals, online portals or e-commerce

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are a must, Arabic is an advantage

Self-motivated, highly driven and sales-oriented individual

Able to act fast, work on own initiative and under pressure in a fast-changing environment

Able to take action, can deliver accurately and on-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Initiating contact with target companies across the Middle East through cold-calling and email.

Maintaining high levels of prospecting activity and quickly establishing credibility and trusted relationships with prospective customers.

Sending proposals to clients, persuasively communicating their suitability and negotiating with prospects on terms and pricing.

Persistently following up on leads, including liaising with multiple stakeholders in HR, Finance, Procurement and Top Management to close the sale.

Meeting or exceeding monthly sales target revenue by making significant sales calls and meetings to target new clients.
