Job Description
the call center supervisors are responsible for the performance of the call center agent, they are responsible for delivering services to clients and customers through the agents of the center. 
Since it is the first interface with outer clients; the call center is a very critical workplace that needs the intense care and supervision from the center supervisor. 


Requirements: 

- Good demand of English Language. 
- Minimum of two years experience in call centers of hospitals or medical centers.
- Leading personality.
- Ability to deliver outcomes under pressure and tight schedule.
- Customer care experience.
- Ability to deal with different nationalities and personalities and tempers. 
- Bachelor degree in related fields or in Marketing or Sales or Science.
