Job Purpose:

To manage the branded & unbranded lube bays and Carwash categories by customizing Customer Value Prepositions (CVP) to satisfy customer needs. The selected candidate should seek to maximize the branded & unbranded lube bays and carwash business within Retail Service Stations, optimize asset utilization and support Lubricant Distributor Account Manager and Regional Territory Managers to achieve branded & unbranded lube bays and carwash sales targets in the Retail Channel.

Job Account-abilities:

Financial performance indicators; volume, Revenue, Gross Margin, Credit and Controllable Costs.
Sales productivity performance indicators; pipeline Strength and Indirect Channel Efficiency.
Provide sales support to distributors and key accounts groups cross functional tasks to deliver objectives.
Act as business consultant to efficiently manage relations with the Distributors & Retailers and to improve financial performance ratios
Ensure Marketing plan and route to market strategy are converted into goals, objectives and planned activities.
Deliver agreed marketing programs and materials to increase the value to company and Distributor through a range of cross-sell, up-sell and new-sell activities.
Review and identify distributor capabilities and develop actions on gap closure; Ensure sales teams meet the required competencies by ongoing field assessment, training, coaching, best practices sharing.
Manage branded lube bays, unbranded lube bays and Carwash, to raise operational excellence and consistent delivery, as well as monitoring.
Ensure continuous development of the branded service offering (Oil Change and Carwash in all sites cross Oman) through effective network management activities. This includes selection, branding, hardware improvement, operations excellence implementation and development of marketing initiatives and rewards schemes.

Qualification & Experience:

BSc Engineering mechanical or Bachelors degree in required or equivalent experience
Significant Sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable business.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to build constructive relationship with customers and distributors.
Strong Customer focus, preferably with Key Accounts and Distributors
Channel Management, Finance, Operations and / or Business knowledge very much preferred.
