This is a Contract Role under Manpower ME for 6 months. CE&E Administrator Assistance Role Description Job Purpose: Administrative and organizational support to the AfME regional hub, Gulf & growth market CE&E teams. Key Accountabilities: • Carry out administrative functions proficiently and complete quality work on a timely basis. • Expedite flow of work, initiate follow-up when necessary and anticipate priorities to ensure deadlines are met. • Provide the CE&E team with administrative office support • Completing special projects as assigned • Develop and maintain reporting activities of the CE&E projects. • Ensure maintenance of the CE&E documents • Coordinate with SE and CE&E teams for PO & E-pay process • Administer all vendor & speaker payments etc. • Reconcile weekly the ACMs for all team • Maintain all financial records and files as per the company policies. • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues. • Manage all bill payments and customer invoicing as per the deadlines. • Support the audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested. • Keep records of invoices and e-pays • Identify and address account discrepancies

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
