The Organization: Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings. They are hiring a Clinical Dietician with Pediatric experience, available to join as soon as possible.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide nutritional assessment to referred patients; •Collaborates with providers to identify and connect with patients in need of nutrition counseling; •Establishes treatment plans and communicates with patients regarding program compliance; •Meets directly with patients to identify educational needs; •Provide individual instruction, utilize informational handouts/booklets, or refer to community resources as needed; •Evaluate current eating habits and plan an optimal dietary program for chronic illnesses; •Perform a history and routine physical examination to document nutrition status of patient; •Participates in quality improvement of the program in conjunction with other services offered; •Ensures adherence to quality assurance processes by auditing the meal service and kitchen on a monthly basis or more if service and dietary areas are non-compliant with the practices and current regulations and policies required; •Provide health behavior counselling and to promote medical and life-style intervention;
Skills & Competencies: •Positive, motivated, able to manage pressure and take initiatives; •Service-oriented and customer-focused; •Works within established scope of practice; •Must be fluent in oral and written English;
Education & Qualifications: •Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university; •At least 2 years of related experience required; •Experience in Pediatrics is a must; •HAAD license, HAAD eligibility letter or DHA/MOH license holders only;

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
