Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training and Certification Team is looking for developers, technical trainers or technical enablement specialists who want to join the team as a Cloud Technologist (Technical Curriculum Developer). This role will be responsible for building exciting and new courses for business partners working with AWS.
Our AWS business partners require unique training to develop the skills and insights required to help customers rapidly adopt and succeed with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our partners require sales education and in-depth technical training to build scalable and cost-effective web and IT solutions. AWS is developing highly technical courses with extensive hands-on labs (ILT), e-learning courses that can be accessed 24x7, and digital self-paced labs to help our partners achieve the competencies required to be successful in the marketplace with AWS technologies.
This position can be Virtual, but candidates must be based near an AWS office location (Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Denver, Boston, Dallas, Herndon (VA), Chicago or Atlanta.)
The qualified candidate will have excellent writing skills, a healthy technical knowledge of IT domains, and the ability to translate technical content into easy-to-understand training for sales (business) and technical audiences. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have training, instructional design or technical documentation experience. Above all, you will have a passion for learning.
Dive deep into AWS technologies, such as Big Data, Web Applications, Security, Networking, High Performance Computing, Storage, Databases, Enterprise Applications, Migration Strategies or other solutions areas to understand the services and develop effective training.
Work with audience representatives to understand our business partner community's training needs
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across AWS (including Developers, Support Engineers, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects) to build technically accurate training that meets the learning objectives for the partner community
Utilize our automated lab and courseware publishing process built on AWS services
Build relationships with AWS service teams to understand roadmaps and plan for content updates or new training offerings
Respond to changes in products/features by revising content at the pace of innovation
Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with curriculum stakeholders to define the appropriate learning objectives, modalities and expectations

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
