• Support Customer to manage the newly implemented infrastructure.
• Developing Guidelines for Managing IT Operations
• Developing an updated set of documentation for the proper handling of IT operations
• VMWare SRM Administration and monitoring
• Administration of the cloud setup ensuring operational and readiness for Customer work loads
• Submission of regular Reports for the cloud Services.
• Act as second level support to team to Install, Configure, administer and fine tune new virtual machines on Customer private cloud.
• Good knowledge on Blade technology, Windows OS, VMware and Rack mount servers
