CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to any nationality

Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

With professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef’s training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills

With entry level experience in an upscale restaurant/bar/hotel

With experience in both hot and cold kitchen

Good understanding of hygiene and food safety rules

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites

Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques

Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player

Able to work in a multicultural environment and under difficult condition

Good communication skills
