Prepare, review and evaluate contracts for compliance of legality and for profitability.

Negotiate contract terms with vendors.

Edit or amend contracts and handles terms of contract breach.

Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.

Manage the contract pipeline in conjunction with the procurement team.

Serve as the liaison with outside contracting representatives.

Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.


5 years of experience out of which 3 years should be in professional procurement and contracting, which includes the drafting of complex contracts, including provisions, and solicitation documents.

Proficiency in MS-Office.


Must have background in contracting, legal terminology and contract review.

Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Business focused and team worker.

Ability to prioritize workload, work effectively on concurrent tasks, and be able to meet project deadlines.

Ability to facilitate meetings or discussions with internal and external personnel to determine action items and completion dates.

Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
