Outsource Contracts Manager Leading Aviation client Dubai UAE National Only
The Outsource Contracts Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Procurement & VP Procurement and Corporate administration on the decisions relating to the contracts or agreements. You will also manage the budget equivalent to the value of contractual spend with the suppliers.
Manage the integrity of the contract process to fulfill suppliers obligations
Manage formal contracts review to confirm compliance of all required terms, conditions, and standards
Monitor post award contractual activities to ensure fulfillment of obligations.
Manage the contractor(s) performance monitoring, recording and reporting system to ensure that the Executive Board, is regularly updated on all aspects of the contractor(s) performance.
Manage the development and implementation of Supplemental Agreements taking into account the annual budget, applicable fees, staff headcount, invoicing, payment terms and key performance indicators.
Ensure that commercial contracts are reviewed, approved and executed in accordance with requirements.
Focus on efficiency and quality to ensure the assignments are delivered on time.
Ensure that all contracts align with the strategic objectives and business planning requirements. And monitor all changes to study scope ensuring timely change order finalization and implementation.
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with policy.
Serve as the point of contact between contractors / outsource service suppliers. Interact with internal and external customers to meet business needs in a timely manner.
Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and supplier requirements, facilitate discussions, and obtain leadership input on timelines and deliverables.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of high quality service delivery
Knowledge of financial and commercial aspects of managing a business
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
Arabic speaking preferred
Tertiary level qualification from an internationally recognized university
Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrable contracts and budget management skills

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
