Duties & Responsibilities: They are currently hiring a Country Manager Gulf, based in Dubai and travelling through GCC: •Responsible for managing all operations within the GCC. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets; •Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan, as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash; •Expected to support to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training;
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; •Excellent interpersonal skills, including people-management, leadership and networking skills; •Willing to travel regionally;
Education & Qualifications: •UAE experience is a must; •Minimum 10 years’ experience as Operations Manager or Director on a regional level covering Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc. (every aspect of operations);

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
