Job Description
Responsibilities:

· Handling Customer Complaints

· Preparing data/reports related to Outbound calls

· Making outbound calls for Surveys, service retention, recalls, service reminders, etc.

· Receiving incoming calls

· Assisting customers with new enquiries

· Coordinating with other departments to assist customers

· Replying to customers through emails

Pre-requisites:

· Fluent Spoken & Written English & Arabic

· Ready to work in shifts

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
