Job Description
We are looking at a Customer Accounts Specialist to join our Underwriting and Account Management department. The candidate will be required to support our Chinese Merchants. English and Mandarin Speaking  and Writing skills are a must. 

Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent service levels to our customers and partners
  • Collecting and reviewing application documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Coordinating customer onboarding and application processes, working closely with various departments
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with customers
  • Setting up merchant accounts on our payment platform, supporting ongoing queries
Requirements

  • A proactive team player with excellent time management skills
  • A confident user of Windows and overall MS Office
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently whilst following standard procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Considered as an advantage: prior experience working within the payments industry
