Job Summary

1.1. Customer Relationship Officer handles the concerns of the patients who come to our Hospital by welcoming, guiding and rectifying issues experienced by them with the aim to improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

2.1 Welcomes the patients and their families as they arrive in L5 and assist them in their queries;

2.2 Tours the patients and visitors throughout the hospital as required;

2.3 Provides necessary information regarding the hospital facilities, services and physician’s availability;

2.4 Responds to queries from customers / patients / family members.

2.5 Handles patients complaints / problems to arrive in a solution that will satisfy them;

2.6 Gets herself updated in the hospital operations to maintain and improve quality service to patients.
