Job Description
To act as first point of contact for customers’ queries/issues; referring/escalating as appropriate. Identify and escalate any reactive work that could lead to wide scale customer impact.
Client Liaison: Receive inquiries/calls from customers and the sales executives. Responsible in facilitating the technical analysis reports till final sign off and also responsible for item codes generation in the system.
Ensuring that work standards for accuracy and timeliness are met in all cases
Responsible for handling and monitoring the sales orders from start till dispatch including invoicing. Close monitoring of an order from design development to on-time shipments/delivery of materials.
Ensure that all jobs/sales orders are endorsed and planned for production till dispatch and shipment.
Communicate regularly with supervisor and the team directly to ensure work is delivered on time.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with departmental teams. Work with the operations team to continually improve business processes within the team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of customer service.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer service delivery.
Undertake delegated duties from the Customer Service Supervisor as and when required.
Be flexible with regard to working patterns to meet the business needs.
