Job Description
? Conduct intensive and structured prospecting for existing customer to identify and develop new business that will contribute to the growth of the Company.

? Persuades customers that a products and services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and deliverables.

? Provide market and customer feedback to the Commercial Manager.

? Ensure that payment receivables are collected on time and in at best communication practice as possible.

? Work closely with Top and Senior Management to fulfill customer/client’s requirements.

? Receives inquiries via phone and email and enter into the Inquiry Monitoring System.

? Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

? Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer.

? Build and maintain effective customer relationships.

? Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing in lieu with the received inquiries.

? Anticipate customer/client’s needs to provide appropriate solutions or recommendations to meet their requirements.

? Coordinate the preparation of Credit Facility application for newly acquired customers.

? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

? Follow internal and external communication procedures guidelines and policies.

? Sourcing, Selecting and Evaluating Freight Forwarding Agents.

? Ensures smooth freight operations through proper coordination.

? Ensures that all data at monitoring sheets are updated and accurate.

? Prepares and submit Job File to Finance Department.

? Ensures correctness of costing submitted.

? Performs related activities as instructed by the Line Manager.
