Open to any nationality Male/Female, 35 years old and below With bachelor’s degree/diploma in supply chain management is an advantage/any relevant certification/training At least 3 years of experience in a customer service and operations-oriented role, preferably in a supply chain/logistics/courier/freight forwarding company With UAE experience is an advantage Provide an effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, sales policies and procedures and shipping methods and terms. Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices and delivery orders through Company’s ERP systems (SAP, CRM) Prepare shipment documents and forwards to the customers Maintain sufficient filing systems, within the email system (outlook), computer hard-drive and network server and also for hard-copy purchase orders Liaise with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL) to obtain information relating to the preparation and shipping of customer purchase orders Raise RMA (Returns Management Authorization) and Faulty Product requests from customers, notifying the 3PL and Credit Control of pending returns Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP and CRM) Excellent communication skills Can join immediately (max 1-month) Work location: Sharjah, UAE

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
