Maintain a steady customer contact, including the supply with samples
Ensure the fulfilment of customer expectations and handle complaints
Provide support to clients as needed
Monitor orders and stock levels, including the detection and handling of delivery problems
Process POs and submit related documents to accounts for invoicing
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for stock preparation and delivery schedules to customers
Provide necessary data such as schedule information or pricing
Elaboration of sales statistics
Support the internal and external sales team
Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification
At least three years of working experience as Customer Service in the Middle East
Distinctive customer orientation and communication skills
Structured and proactive way of working
High team orientation and problem-solving mentality
Excellent English language skills, Indian languanges would be advantageous
Proficient use of SAP and MS Office (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
