Ensure products are ordered, displays are replenished throughout the day maintaining the highest quality on display 6. Manage inventory accuracy and maximize the profitability 7. Ensure proper receiving by other staff in accordance with established procedures. 8. Lead the appointed team in delivering customer service in prompt friendly and courteous manner 9. To supervise all activities in deli section and to ensure the team is well optimized. 10. Train appointed team members in all company processes / procedures / policys.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
