Education Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering [Educ. Certificate Attested]
Years of Experience: 3-5 yrs. as Lighting Designer in reputable firm (Lighting Manufacturer / Distributor preferable)
Other Qualification (if Any):
1) Work Exp. of 1-2 yrs. in DIALUX Software
2) Lighting design for Indoor, outdoor, street lighting
3) Preparation of Drawings using AutoCAD software.
Plan and manage the CAD documentation of design work.
Prepare technical schedules, work closely with performance of technician.
Represent meeting with clients, other professionals and suppliers.
Prepare correspondence, submittals packages and computer aided designs.
Searching for new clients that could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customers’ potential in designated territory.
Ensure service and project works are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.
Ensure the appropriate service/design are met.
Ensure general sales manager are kept informed or important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.
Follow-up dispatch, arrival and delivery of orders and co-ordinate with the concerned Engineer for timely delivery to project or customers. Maintain a special log book for this purpose.
Offering after-sales support services.
Performing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client’s needs.
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Maintain utmost secrecy regarding company’s policies, confidential information, sales budget and achievements and not to divulge any such information which is against company policy and interest.
Present best image of the company in the market through proper attire, communication, integrity and by displaying professional and positive attitudes towards the job and self. Maintain cordial and healthy relationship with the company staff.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
