The Organization: Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. They are hiring a Director of Operations for one of their hospitals in UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: Cooperate to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals; Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress; Supervise hospital staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback; Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements; Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation; Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability; Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation; Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics; Ensure that the hospital runs with legality and conformity to established regulations; works with other management members to ensure that the hospital meets all its corporate responsibilities in line with clinical governance and health and safety

Education & Qualifications: BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field Proven experience in similar position for reputed hospital

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
