Role : Doctor - health Insurance
Location : Muscat - Oman
Job type : Full time permanent
Industry : General Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Perfect understanding of Health insurance scheme operational in Oman/GCC and India. 
  • Processing of Health claims. 
  • Manage/supervision on Health insurance team comprises of 10 personnel. 
  • Drafting tailor made Health insurance products. 
  • Capacity to build up In-house claims process facility with IT connection. 
  • Negotiating and finalizing special/pre-agreed rates with Hospitals for specific group for GMC. 
Desired profile of the candidate :

  • The candidate should be well versed with medical aspects of a health insurance industry preferably with track record working with TPA or a general insurance company in the Middle East/India 
  • Should be capable of interacting with corporate clients directly and Liaoning with brokers and sub-agents. 
  • Must be able to handle independently underwriting and vetting health broking slips. 
  • A team player 
  • Exposure in devising new health norms 

Offered Compensation Details (Salary & Benefits) :
  • Salary ranging between INR 2,00,000/- - 2,50,000/- per month based on qualification and experience and other benefits as shown below. 
  • Family Accommodation (Flat); Family Visa; Annual Air-travel facility; Leave encashment, Medical/PA cover to Self and family; Bonus; Gratuity, Service end benefits as per local Law/rules.
