A minimum of 5 years general experience in a telecommunications environment.
A minimum of 3- 5 years active experience in the Telecommunications industry, specifically with regards to record keeping activities associated with TDM, IP and structured cabling for communications systems.
Demonstrable experience in the structure of both TDM and IP based communication services
Excellent data organizational skills.
Willingness to conduct and perform physical site inspections to verify integrity of data.
Must have a demonstrable ability of being conversant with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Access.
Must possess good English verbal and writing skills.
Must possess a valid driving license from the country of origin.
Must be physically fit to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
