Open to any nationality Male, 45 years old and below At least a bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from the oil and gas/energy industry With previous experience handling Aramco projects With Aramco approval as an Electrical Engineer is an advantage With factory testing experience with system manufacturers Proficiency in electrical calculations using various software such as ETAP Familiar with electrical lightning protection grounding calculation, load selection calculation of various medium and low electrical equipment, lighting calculation, various layouts of power cables Knowledgeable with the system plan of PMS (Electrical System Automation) and current requirements Familiar with foreign norms, especially British Standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can join immediately is preferred (1 month max) Overseas candidates are welcome to apply Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
